ISO 9001:2009

The Quality Management System of KOOPERATIVA, producing and trade co-operative has been assessed and approved by Český lodní a průmyslový registr, s.r.o. Certification Body nr.: 3016 against the following quality assurance standarts ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. The Quality Management System is applicable to Production of steel doorframes ZAKO, steel poles and Formation and decoration of glass products.

Steel doorframes certificate

Steel doorfarmes KOOPERATIVA, sold as trademark "ZAKO", are in accordance with law no.22/1997 the Coll.of Laws, in valid version and §5 goverment statute no.163/2002 certificated by Czech Technical and Testing Institute Prague, with certificate no.090-009713

On the basis of above written facts, emitted the producer agreement declaration about these products

Steel doorframe for fire seals certificate

Steel doorfarme KOOPERATIVA, for complete fire seals, is certificated by Czech technical and testing institut Prague, s.p. Certificate no. 090-006777. This way above mentioned certification institute confirms, that sample of this product is according to technical specification of product no.090-006774 emited by TZÚS Praha, s.p. Quality system of producer corresponds to technical documentation and secures, that products introduced to market correspond to technical specification.

Certificate validity extension decision

On the basis, that there are no changes in dates of technical characters of product, obtain KOOPERATIVA Validity extension decision no.090-013017 of certificate nr. 090-006777 to steel doorframe for complete fire seals.

Foto Technical specification validity ext. decision

On the basis, that there are no changes in dates of technical characters of product, obtain KOOPERATIVA Validity extension decision no.090-012882 of Technical specification of product nr. 090-006774 to steel doorframe for complete fire seals.

Technical specifications of goods

EC Certificate of conformity

Lighting steel pylons produced in KOOPERATIVA, production and trade co-operative are certificated with EC Certificate of conformity nr. 1020-CPD-090-013493 under the terms of European union and fulfils all the prescribed requirements of norm ČSN EN 40-5. This certificate was emitted by Technical and Test Institute for Construction Prague.

Agreement declaration

Auf der Grundlage die oben aufgeführten Sachen, hat den Produzent die Übereinstimmungs Deklaration Nr 05-1201 auf diese Produkte erlassen.

Glass shaping

All formed and shaped glass products of KOOPERATIVA are certificated, certificate nr.COV-2011-008 by Glass Institute Hradec Králové Ltd., and are in accordance with Regulation of Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic no.38/2001of the Coll. of Laws; ČSN ISO 719:1992 and ČSN 70 8005:1993-4.1.1. Thereby all the products glass graints are hydrolytic resistant at 98°C. Next norm with they are accord in is ČSN 70 8005:2003 čl.4.1.4., so all the products carry out requirements to internal tensions.

Glass decoration

All Kooperativa glass products decorated with hydroglaze DIEGEL and FERRO are certificated, with certificate no. COV-2011-008, by Glass Institute Hradec Králové Ltd. and accordance with Regulation of Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic no. 38/2001of the Coll.of Laws; DIN 51 032:1986; ISO 7086-2:2000 and BS 6748:1986. Thereby all the products cary out requirements to limit values for lead and cadmium content in a leachate from silicate surfaces.
